Cook It Up (Smoothie Lab)

Get ready to blend, mix, and create your own delicious drinks in this hands-on smoothie session! Participants will explore different flavor combinations as they build their own custom smoothies using a variety of fruits and ingredients.
In this program, kids ages 11–14 will practice kitchen skills like measuring, pouring, and safely using equipment while learning about nutrition and making healthy choices. The best part? Getting creative with flavors, colors, and even naming their own smoothie creations!
Ingredients may include fresh or frozen fruit, yogurt, milk or juice, and optional add-ins like honey or spinach.
Please only register your child if they are willing to try and drink the ingredients listed above. We want to be mindful and avoid food waste.
