Self-Defense Training

The library offers a wide range of programming for all ages.  Registration for an event shows that you are aware of the time and  age limitations of the program. We ask those who are participating to show up on time out of respect for our program leaders, late attendees will not be allowed to participate.  Many programs fill up quickly and have waitlists available. If you are not able to attend, please cancel your reservation or call us at least 24 hours in advance or it will be considered a no call/no show. If a registered participant no call/no shows for three events in a single calendar year, that person will not be allowed to participate in programming for one calendar year.

A self-defense training class brought to you  by the Hudson Police Department. Learn to protect yourself & avoid dangerous situations. Wear comfortable clothes & prepare to have fun! For ages 5-17.
