Parents we know that cooking is a valuable life skill. In this program I will teach your children about nutrition and food safety, as well as building math, science, literacy, and fine motor skills. In this program I will encourage your child’s interests and excitement in healthy foods by teaching them how to cook safely with this guide of age appropriate kitchen activities.
