Creating happy, healthy, relaxed young bodies and minds! Kids yoga classes by Jess King Yoga are fun, interactive, and creative way for kids to use their bodies in a healthy way. Includes yoga poses, breathing exercises, guided visualizations and relaxation. Just bring a mat/towel or borrow one of ours and a water bottle! For all ages. No registration required.
